RCOA 'Ribs & Wings' Competition June 27

BBQ Teams will have the option to compete in an additional 'Ribs & Hot Wings' competition on Saturday. This competition is sanctioned by the Rib Cook Off Association and the winner is invited to the annual competition in Oklahoma.

Kid's Chopped Challenge June 27 @ 10am

Ten kids ages 8 - 15 will register and compete for best dish, bragging rights, and cold hard cash! They will partner with a professional mentor and have two hours to grill after opening their

Mystery Baskets.

PNWBA BBQ Competition June 27 & 28

Watch top pitmasters compete for $15,000 and the title of Grand Champion. Sample legendary brisket, ribs, chicken, pork and other smoky delights at this 5th annual BBQ competition.

Big Smoke is held at Haydu Park, 253 Kalama River Rd., Kalama, WA 98625 off of Exit 32. No dogs allowed at the park. Parking is free. Additional parking is across the street at Spencer Creek Station.
